User Data Deletion Instructions

At Quanzetta we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to delete your account and all associated personal information, including any data we received from Meta through Facebook Login.
Option 1 — Delete from your account settings
- Log in to your account at https://quanzetta.com
- Go to My Account → Account Settings
- Click Delete My Account
- Confirm the deletion
Your account and personal data will be removed within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to:
Include the following in your email:
- Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
- The email address or Facebook account associated with your Quanzetta account
- Your full name
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Option 3 — Remove the app from Facebook
To stop sharing data from your Facebook account with Quanzetta:
- Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Click Apps and Websites
- Find Quanzetta in the list
- Click Remove
This revokes our access to your Facebook data going forward. To also delete data we have already stored, please use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
What gets deleted
When we process your deletion request, we permanently remove:
- Your name, email, and profile information
- Any data received from Meta (Facebook profile, email, profile picture)
- Account preferences and settings
What we may retain
We may keep limited records as required by law, such as order and tax records, for the legally required period. This data is stored securely and not used for any other purpose.
